Establishing a Corporate Wall of Fame
There are several organizations that have established a dedicated wall or area to the employees that have continually persevered and helped to make the organization a better place. These ‘Corporate Walls of Fame’ act as a reminder of the success of past years as well as a symbol of years to come.
If your organization is new to the idea of establishing a Corporate Wall of Fame, simply choose a common area that is noticeable everyday to employees. If you display your Wall if Fame in the company reception area, it will remind employees of the company goals, and they work towards achieving them.
Once you have chosen your specific area for the Wall of Fame, put up employee photos, awards ceremony photos, past awards, and the company mission and values to incorporate honor and prestige upon the wall. Establishing the Wall of Fame will help any corporate recognition program become more successful!
