Objective
A small family-owned company wanted to recognize their employees by honoring one, three, five, ten and 15 years of service. The owners understood the importance of employee recognition and its effect on the financial performance of the company.

Strategy
The owners chose various crystal vases and bowls to reward employees for one, two, and three years of service. For employees with five, ten or 15 years of service, they chose an elegant jade crystal Inspiration Crescent, and a stunning jade crystal Jade Wave Clock.

Results
