Hello again!  As the for Crystal D I'm constantly trying to improve upon the way we serve you via the internet.  In further pursuit of this goal, I've posted a new Web Form if you're willing.  I would much rather see comments posted on our blog, but I understand that sometimes people just want to provide feedback in private.  I appreciate that feeling, and value all feedback, be it on awards, recognition, products, websites, or Crystal D in general.  I look forward to reading your responses!
