for educational purposes only. This secure access is limited exclusively to Recognition
Best Practices and Recognition Success Stories. Crystal D does not sell awards and

from our customers and are used for display purposes only. No endorsement of product or company

Standard of Quality
Occasional air bubbles, chill marks and flow lines are inevitable in blown and molded crystal because
each piece is the result of personal craftsmanship. These minor variations are not considered defects.
Quality control standards are maintained on all items to provide appealing cost-effective promotional
products. Due to inherent properties of glass, ceramic and marble, small imperfections may be evident
from time to time. Variations in materials, firing temperatures and glaze may result in variances in
appearance, which are and must be considered acceptable. To ensure that you are completely satisfied
with Crystal D’s products, we advise that you consult the General Information and Artwork Specifications.
Credit Terms
All customers are subject to credit approval prior to placing an order. No COD's are accepted. Prepayment of VISA or MasterCard is required for all new accounts. A 3% surcharge will be added to credit card payments that are made after the product(s) are shipped. A 1.5% finance charge will be added to the bill for accounts over 30 days (APR 18%).
