All Employees at Crystal D, a Leading Supplier of Corporate Awards and Plaques, Completed QBQ! Training

July 26, 2011 – St. Paul, Minn. – www.crystal-d.com – Crystal D completed an employee training program called QBQ! on June 24 with all employees.

Managers and employees participated in the QBQ! training program, which is also known as The Question Behind the Question®. This training program is a “how to” of personal accountability developed by John Miller. Miller is an expert in training and development. He has written four books and is a well-known speaker.

“We chose to implement QBQ! because it fits so well with our corporate values,” says Chuck Dahlgren, president. The company participated in four weekly training sessions, each lasting at least two hours.

“The best thing about QBQ! is the fact that is applies to my life at work and my life at home,” says Angel Zook, customer service representative. “I can already tell that it’s made a difference in my life.”
