Debbe Kjellsen has been promoted to Customer Service Manager. Kjellsen has more than 26 years of experience in the promotional products industry. She has worked for both supplier and distributor companies. At Crystal D, Kjellsen has held a position as a customer service specialist and in business development. Now, Kjellsen will be responsible for supervising customer service staff, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of orders, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Charlie Hammond has also been added to the customer service department. Hammond has seven years of experience in finance, sales, and customer service. He will be responsible for order and account management.
