June 28, 2007 – St. Paul, Minn. – www.crystal-d.com – Crystal D, a leading supplier of crystal awards and corporate gifts announces Laura Jendersee, marketing manager, as the new chairperson for the Twin Cities Recognition Roundtable.
The Twin Cities Recognition Roundtable is a group of recognition professionals, vendors, and practitioners that believe in continuously promoting employee recognition to create an engaged and high-performing workforce. The roundtable’s meetings are a forum that allows members to share and learn recognition strategies from each other. This helps each member to inspire their own management to take action by creating and maintaining a culture of recognition.
Jendersee’s main responsibilities include researching venues, scheduling monthly meetings and developing agendas, as well as organizing and maintaining the participant list for the roundtable.
The founders of the group originally met through Recognition Professionals International (RPI) formerly National Association for Employee Recognition (NAER), but are not officially affiliated with RPI.
