April 17, 2008 – St. Paul, Minn. – www.crystal-d.com - Crystal D, a leading supplier of crystal awards, plaques, trophies, and corporate gifts, recently donated 24 awards for the ninth annual Cardiac Children’s Cup hosted by FirstSite Staffing, Inc. Crystal D donated 12 Augusta Golf Plaques as well as 12 Clipped Golf Balls to be awarded to winners of the tournament.

The Cardiac Children’s Cup was created by Mark and Sheryl Howard, the owners of FirstSite Staffing, in recognition of the doctors, nurses, staff, and facilities that saved the life of their son who is now a survivor of a congenital heart defect.

This is the third year Crystal D has donated awards for the Cardiac Children’s Cup.
