Crystal D, a Leading Supplier of Corporate Awards, Wins at the 2010 PPAI Awards Ceremony

February 10, 2010 – St. Paul, Minn. – www.crystal-d.com – Crystal D, a leading supplier of corporate awards and plaques, was honored as the winner in the “Etching-Engraving” category for the Parthenon Award at the 2010 PPAI Awards Ceremony.

The Parthenon Award was imprinted using a multiple-layered etching process. This required an extensive amount of time and attention to detail, creating the art and etching the award.

Crystal D was nominated in two other categories, “Special Process Not Categorized” and “Customized Non-Catalog Product.”

The Awards in Motion® Illumachrome Andover was submitted for the “Special Process Not Categorized” category. This award included a dazzling combination of 3D subsurface imaging, deep etching and Crystal D’s four-color illumachrome process.

The Microscope Award was submitted for the “Customized Non-Catalog Product” category. This award was an intricate, optical crystal microscope mounted to a black glass base, framed with optical crystal columns.Microscope Award

Crystal D received their awards and was recognized at the PPAI Awards ceremony during The PPAI Expo in Las Vegas on Jan. 13.
