CRYSTAL D ANNOUNCES NEW HIRES

St. Paul, Minn. – January 26, 2006 – Crystal D, a leading supplier of awards and recognition products, announces new positions in sales, customer service, and production art.

The company hired Troy James in Business Development.  James has a combination of thirteen years of experience in sales in the promotional products industry.

“Having Troy as part of our team is great!” said Chuck Dahlgren, president, “His understanding of the industry and experience in sales will help us educate the industry about symbolic recognition.”

“The business development process at Crystal D is unlike anywhere else I’ve worked,” says James,  “I want to do more than just sell product - I want to strengthen our customer’s business.”

Dee Johnson and Erin Heroff have been hired as Customer Service Specialists. Each will be responsible for order and account management.

Crystal D also hired Touzong Yang and Joe Christensen as a Production Artists.

“Adding additional customer service staff and production artists is part of our plan to serve our customers better,” says Mike Irvine, operations manager, “Our goal is to turn recognition experiences into memories. These new team members will play an integral role in accomplishing our goal.”
