CRYSTAL D PROMOTION AND NEW HIRE

St. Paul, Minn. – August 31, 2004 – Crystal D, a leading supplier of awards and recognition products, announces the promotions of one staff member and the addition of a new production manager.

Melissa Strand has been the voice of Crystal D, acting as the Receptionist. Recently, she has been promoted to Customer Service Representative. Now she will be primarily responsible for order entry and order processing.

David Haynes has been hired as Production Manager.  He will be responsible for managing the production schedule and maintaining quality control. “Haynes’ extensive industry experience will insure that we continue to deliver “The WOW Effect”™ in product quality and on-time delivery,” says Dahlgren, president.
