CRYSTAL D REPORTS 94% ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

St. Paul, Minn. – June 2005 – Crystal D supplier of awards to the promotional products industry has scored 94% on overall customer satisfaction in a recent survey.

The customer satisfaction survey was distributed electronically to customers just after their order shipped. The survey contained 10 questions designed to rate levels satisfaction with customer service, product quality, online order tracking, packaging, etc…

Overall customers are very satisfied with their Crystal D experience:

  • 94% of customers report that they are either satisfied or extremely satisfied with the level of customer service they received.
  • 92% of customers report that they are satisfied or extremely satisfied with Order Tracker.
  • 95% of customers report that they are satisfied or extremely satisfied with the delivery of the product
  • 95% of customer report that they are absolutely or very likely to recommend Crystal D to others.

This survey was initiated as a result of the ICE program at Crystal D.  “ICE” stands for the Incredible Customer Experience and is an internal program designed to provide an incredible customer experience to every customer.
