Crystal D, the Leading Provider of Corporate Awards, Announces Three New Hires
St. Paul, Minn. – March 12, 2007 – www.crystal-d.com [2] – Crystal D, the leading supplier of corporate recognition awards, announces the hire of three new employees in customer service and marketing.
Nissa Sale has been hired as the customer service manager. Sale brings more than 15 years of customer service experience to Crystal D. She is a demonstrated leader and has been highly successful at motivating employees. Sale will be responsible for supervising customer service staff, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
“We are very excited to have Sale as our new customer service manager,” says Mike Irvine, operations manager. “She brings a wealth of customer service experience to Crystal D and will be integral in accomplishing our goal of incredible customer service.”
The marketing department has added Angela Wurst as the marketing assistant. Wurst has a bachelor of arts degree in mass communications with a minor in marketing. She brings experience in written communication, email marketing, and website content management to Crystal D. Wurst will be responsible for managing all internal company events, tradeshows, email marketing, and public relations.
Crystal D has also added Angel Zook to the customer service department. She will be responsible for order and account management. Zook brings four years of customer service experience to Crystal D.
