St. Paul, Minn. – February 14, 2007 – www.crystal-d.com [1] - Crystal D, a leading supplier of corporate recognition awards to the promotional products industry, adopted two families, a family of five and a family of seven, during the month of December.

The Community Outreach Program at Crystal D initiated the program to help families in need. Crystal D employees donated $620 to the program which the company matched for every dollar. Once the donations were in, a group of employees personally went shopping for each member of the families.

“This program is very important to Crystal D and our Community Outreach Program,” says Chuck Dahlgren, president. “We are honored as a company to really help the families in need this season. It is a wonderful feeling to know that over the holidays, the kids will be able to open presents that their parents wrapped for them.”

The unwrapped presents were brought to Keystone Community Services which were provided to the parents of each family so they could wrap their children’s presents. Every member of each family, received a variety of gifts for the season including, clothes, toys, family fun activities, and grocery gift cards.
