Crystal D, a Leading Supplier of Crystal Awards, Employee Earns Certified Recognition Professional Designation

May 15, 2008 – St. Paul, Minn. – www.crystal-d.com [2] – Crystal D, a leading supplier of crystal awards and corporate gifts, employee earns her Certified Recognition Professional® designation at the 11th Annual Recognition Professionals International (RPI) Conference in Newport Beach, Calif.

Bridget Dahlgren, marketing coordinator for Crystal D, graduated from the CRP program requiring her to complete four, in-depth courses over the past two years. After her completion of the courses, Dahlgren was required to pass a final examination. The CRP designation certifies that Dahlgren thoroughly understands the Recognition Best Practice Standards and can successfully structure recognition programs utilizing the formal RPI Recognition Strategy Model.

“This designation allows me to better understand the recognition needs of corporate recognition planners,” says Dahlgren. “It also allows Crystal D to continue to implement and manage our current internal recognition programs – and make adjustments to fit the needs of our culture.”

This is the second member of Crystal D to become a Certified Recognition Professional. President Chuck Dahlgren earned his CRP and was in the first-ever graduating class at the 10th Annual RPI Conference.
