From looking at the site I'd imagine that you recognize we're serious about informing our present and future customers. At least I hope you got that idea.
If you didn't recognize this, either I'm not doing my job correctly, or you chose not to look at sections such as customer support [0], News and Events [0], or my personal favorite, Case Studies (New Ideas) [1]. The fact that you're reading this blog entry gives me an 'in' right now, though. :)
In producing higher end promotional items, such as crystal awards and trophies, distributors seem to feel uncomfortable pushing the items themselves. We are hoping, through the use of this site, that distributors can gain the confidence necessary to make the crystal awards and trophies a part of any recognition program they may offer.
We're dedicated to the distributor's success...always have been, always will be.
What are your thoughts on this approach? Any pointers?
