CRYSTAL D CREATIONS PROMOTES IRVINE TO OPERATIONS MANAGER

St. Paul, Minn. - July 21, 2003 - Crystal D Creations (asi 47759 ppai 112326) has promoted former Purchasing Manager Mike Irvine to Operations Manager.  Irvine now reports directly to Chuck Dahlgren, president of Crystal D. Irvine is responsible for all internal operations, including production and customer satisfaction.
