  • Communication - Employees need to know exactly what is expected of them and how they can earn rewards. Clearly explain the goal, objectives, and rewards to your workforce.
  • Support - Make sure that upper management supports the safety program prior to implementation. Employees will be more receptive and buy-in when then know that the leaders of the organization value safety.
