Michelle - Customer Service

My name is Michelle, and I work in customer service.

I have a bachelor's degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and I previously worked in insurance as a brokerage coordinator for almost three years.

I've lived in the great state of Minnesota my whole life. I'm very close to my family, and becoming an aunt was the highlight of my life. In my spare time, I enjoy being outside. Hiking, camping, kayaking...you name it! I also love traveling, attending concerts, and watching my favorite TV show: LOST.

Something Surprising: For fun, I used to write horror stories and act in amateur horror videos for school.

Favorite Award: My favorite award is the Glacier Award. It's visually stunning, and it has a variety of fine details that create the illusion of the sea and its magnificent natural creations. It looks like a wave frozen in time!
