Tawauna - Account Manager

My name is Tawauna, and I am an Account Manager.

I have been in customer service for the past 7 years. I have worked in home health care, reception, order entry, and operations processing, to name a few! I am currently studying for my bachelor's degree in psychology, and I'm also a certified home health aide and nursing assistant.

I am an introvert and love reading and creative writing. I married my middle school sweetheart and best friend, and we have two kids.

Something Surprising: I've only been to three states other than Minnesota: South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Nevada!

Favorite Award: My favorite award is the Butler Sable Cube. It can feature all of our imprint processes, it's also available in blue and white crystal on the bottom, and it works well for any audience or occasion.
