Tawauna, Solutions Specialist Manager

My name is Tawauna, and I am the Solutions Specialist Manager.

I’ve worked at Crystal D since 2016 and my primary background is in customer service and the healthcare industry; I worked as a home health aide and personal care assistant for seven years. I started my journey at Crystal D in the Customer Service department as an Order Entry Specialist, and after three years I moved into the Order Manager position. I was in that role for another three years before transitioning to the sales team as a Solutions Specialist in 2022, and now I serve as the Solutions Specialist Manager.

What I love most about working at Crystal D is the One Team culture and how genuine and dedicated everyone is. It’s the best place I have ever worked, and I hope to retire here!

My middle school sweetheart and I got married in 2007, and we have two beautiful children, a daughter and a son.

Something Surprising: I’m an introvert.

Favorite Award: My favorite award is the Butler Sable Cube. It can feature all of our imprint processes, it's also available in blue and white crystal on the bottom, and it works well for any audience or occasion.
