Ben ‐ Supply Chain Manager

My name is Ben, and I’m the Supply Chain Manager.

I bring over a decade of logistics industry experience, the majority within leadership roles. I joined Crystal D in 2022 as the Warehouse Manager, earned my bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management in 2023, and was promoted to Supply Chain Manager in 2024.

I am excited to uphold the standards and culture that make Crystal D exceptional while delivering “The WOW Effect.” ™ in every Supply Chain interaction.

My family keeps me on my toes, but in my downtime, you’ll usually find me reading, woodworking, or enjoying the outdoors.

Something Surprising: I love to skydive, and I play multiple instruments. Not at the same time … yet!

Favorite Award: My favorite award is the Pioneer Tower. This uniquely shaped award features striking lines and angles which refract light in a dazzling display that features a hint of blue, my favorite color!
