Natalie – Communications Manager

My name is Natalie Albers and I serve as Crystal D’s communications manager.

I’ve worked as a professional writer and editor for over 25 years. No matter the role, I’ve always derived the most satisfaction from stories that touch people’s hearts and showcase the power of feeling seen, heard, valued and connected. At Crystal D, I aim to help customers understand the importance of recognition, as well as the returns that come along with authentically celebrating people. I love showcasing examples of the unique awards and gifts we’ve created for worthy recipients all around the world.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and a mom. My husband and I have three teenage boys and the grocery bill to prove it. We enjoy volunteering with our sons' various sports and activities—and dragging them along for ours (pickleball)! I’ve never met a taco I didn’t like, but I am a tough salsa critic.

Something Surprising: I have won two poker tournaments.
