Merger and Acquisition

Inspiration

Sollis, a premier specialty materials supplier to the semiconductor industry, planned to acquire Teragren, a smaller regional provider of electronic cleaning chemicals.

After a lengthy interview process and numerous presentations from a number of financial organizations, the companies had offered the project to the deal team of Decortiles.

Financial organizations often give their financial projects an alias as a symbol of the project as well as keeping privileged information confidential. The deal team at Decortiles called this particular merger and acquisition project "Lightning." They felt that lightning perfectly embodied the industry of the two merging companies.

With the deal coming to a close, the merging organizations had been extremely impress by the "best in class service" the financial deal team provided.

Design

The very large deal was set to close in July 2018. The deal team knew what they wanted from the beginning: a crystal design to exemplify "best in class service," a mix of company logos, and a lightning strike.

The designers at Crystal D took the words of the deal team to heart and chose the stunning Ramsey Arch, which is the epitome of "best in class" as far as deal toys go. the thin, sleek arch is the perfect canvas for the tailored message and company logos. The design team added an element of surprise with the lightning accent on the back of the deal toy.

End Result

The deal team was impressed with the look and feel of the finished deal toy. It was a symbol of an incredible achievement for the organization. Each member of the deal team received the flawless deal toy, and they all placed them on their desks as a statement of pride and fortitude.
